sihayadesigns: (Breaking Bad: Walt & Jesse)

J and I are HUUUUGE Breaking Bad fans, and we now have our game-ending theory.

Okay, so Walt poisoned Brock with lily of the valley, which set Jesse frantically searching for a vial of ricin poison. They 'find' it, and Walt says he'll dispose of it, but he really keeps it and hides it.

Now, in my fantasy ending, Skyler (his wife) is the one who finally takes Walt out, but she needs a motive. How about if Walter Jr. somehow gets poisoned with the ricin as karma for Brock (over breakfast, naturally, as that kid only ever eats breakfast), and Skyler kills Walt as retribution? PERFECTION.

(ETA: Or maybe it'll be baby Holly instead of Walt Jr. That would be VICIOUS.)

I fully expect to Mike to go down swinging. But only after Mike takes out Hank as he's confronting Walt because he figured it all out (it's gonna come down to that goddamn offhand remark about the way Gus cooked fish, WATCH).

Saul & Jesse better live. THEY BETTER. Um, Saul probably won't, but THEY BETTER.

This post also has some awesome theories.

Now, Weeds.

Last season, Nancy got shot in the head, and the bullet's still in there. Three people have mentioned that the bullet could migrate with as little as a sneeze. Now, over the course of the show, this family has never, ever gotten to the end of a family dinner. There's always some calamity. Nancy even got SHOT at the dinner table, for crying out loud.

So, my theory? Nancy finally gets her shit together and gets out of the biz. She gets her family together. They're going to FINALLY have a family dinner. She proposes a toast, then sneezes. She sees blue, smells cheese, and they fade to black.

(CAN DOUG DIE FIRST, THOUGH?)

Hey, Walt always had the ricin, what he puts in Jesse's little vacuum for Jesse to find is actually salt in a vial, which he "disposes" of. The ricin is and has been in the wall socket in Walt's house. Sadly we already know he lives long enough to grow a lot of hair.

I know that Walt knew all along, but Jesse didn't, and Walt still tried to poison Brock. And I said in the post he hides the ricin rather than disposes of it, like he tells Jesse. I don't really understand what you're getting at.

ETA: Walt took the ricin from Jesse's cigarette case before he poisoned Brock with lily of the valley, which mimics some of the ricin poison's effects (which is why Jesse wants to find the ricin so badly). Walt then lets Jesse 'find' it by planting it in the roomba. At that point, he says he'll dispose of it, but really hides it in the wall socket.

I guess I'm not getting at anything, just that since Walt took it from him, Jesse never actually had the ricin in his possession, hiding the actual ricin took place before "finding" it happened. Walt hid the ricin prior to starting the "search." Not that it's really important to the rest, just that Walt never risked letting Jesse take it or keep it, which I think speaks to Walt's mental state.

Yeah, I know... okay, I guess we're just talking past one another.

Oh wait, I am getting at something, for all his talk of trusting Jesse, I have to think that the times Walt has used and lied to Jesse and endangered those Jesse loves are going to come back and bite him on the butt, and on some level Walt knows that already, and so he lets Jesse think he's holding a deadly weapon and then willingly handing it over to Walt, but in reality, it's just a vial of salt. Further, Jesse's incredulous look when Walt refuses to discuss his break up but just keeps obsessing on the money and then topic jumps to killing Victor.... This is setting up the huge conflict as Walt vs Jesse. Because if Victor is slaughtered when he least expects it for "flying too close to the sun," well, um, what exactly has Jesse done. Further Jesse is catching on that Walt is lately lacking in empathy and compassion.

Of course Skylar is scared to death of him and is getting tough in her own way, so you might be right that it will ultimately come down to her.

I want to see more of Lady Heisenberg Skyler.

IF JESSE DIES THERE WILL BE RENDING OF GARMENTS AND ASHES AND WAILING.

i definitely think Skyler is going to kill him. Great theory why though :)

And Hank is gonna find out. But Skyler will get to Walt first.

Not reading your post, because I don't want spoilers - for either.
But thank you for the reminder that I need to get caught up on my two favorite internet TV shows.
