Oct. 12th, 2003 08:58 pm1. When I was a pre-teen, I read Tiger Beat religiously. I once briefly had a crush on some poor guy named Mookie Alexander. - True. (kind of.)
This is true, but I messed up the kid's name. It was Mookie Arizona. For real. His parents should be shot. *is embarrassed*
2. I once nearly sliced my thumb off with a swiss army knife. There was so much blood that we had to repaint a wall. - True.
Yeah. Talk about unpleasant.
3. Once, on RA rounds, I entered the bathroom to turn down a radio and found a half-naked Phi Sig passed out in a shower stall. - False.
Only one person guessed correctly. Even my best friend and boyfriend were wrong. The only one who got it right was someone I've never ever seen before. :)
Mike says that I was being misleading, though. Something similar happened. When I was a freshman, I did come across a drunk girl passed out in a bathroom. I was not an RA, though, and she was not a Phi Sig, nor was she unclothed. You could also say that because so much outlandish shit happened in my RA life last year that this was especially tricksy.
4. I once met the guy who played Bud on 'Married With Children.' He mangled my name on the autograph, spelling it "Kris-teena."
*hangs head* This did happen. When I was, like, ten, my father would always drag me to redneck ass car shows. I did meet ALF, though. That was exciting.
A guy once filed assault and battery charges against me. They were later dropped because well, he hit me first. - True.
Grady David Peek. He was in eighth grade and twice my size. I was in 7th grade and ninety pounds. He came at me from behind, dragging me off of my chair in the cafeteria. The next thing I knew, I was having my ribs kicked in. Kid had some serious violent issues.
Anyway, when I did get to my feet, all hell broke loose. I have a serious temper. I wailed at him until Ginger Lane pulled me off. He did file charges on me because, well, he had to wear special glasses for a dislocated cornea or something (is that possible?), but since an entire roomful of people saw him hit me first, the school filed a countersuit and his suit was dropped. He transferred a week later.
