Made breakfast in bed for the boy this morning as a thanks for being generally wonderful. He then left to go on a long bike ride, and I settled down to work. Plan on an update late Wednesday evening full of birds, gems, pearls, and leaves. My hands are sore and blistered, but I am happy.

I just took a wonderfully restorative shower and am going to see if I can't manage another pair of earrings before J gets here for dinner. We're gonna get our grill on.

Sad that I missed Tribal Cafe; happier that I am definitely going to the Mira Betz show next weekend. But all in all, I needed a weekend of doing everything from the comfort of my pajamas or nothing at all. Plus the aforementioned kitten, a teensy tiny Ragdoll named Tank with the biggest, brightest blue eyes. Anyhow, that's how my weekend went. How was yours?
