And, since I am a blatant egotist or something, this is my ego-boost archive post for stuff people are saying about me. It'll be nice to re-read next week when I'm in the middle of an awful paper and I'll just want to die. :)
The current tally, to be added on as necessary::
sihaya09 and i share the same first name and the same birthday, as well as some other things in common including spiritual beliefs, our love for the movie Secretary, and our penchant for the scent of stargazer lilies. Sometimes it seems like we have absolutely nothing in common because our lives are sooooo different, and certainly i wouldn't say we're cut from the same cloth, but really we do have some common threads.
sihaya09 is an extremely talented vocal artist.
sihaya09 has excellent taste. Thank you, sihaya09, yet again for introducing me to the Mediaeval Baebes!
sihaya09 is inordinately intelligent and articulate.
sihaya09 is absolutely beautiful. There's something i wish we had in common! lol Her Mike is one lucky fella.
sihaya09 makes lovely icons. i have and regularly use several of her icons and i adore them.
sihaya09 is levelheaded and fair, and wise beyond her years. What a sage and wonderful crone she'll be someday!
Sihaya09 – Breathtaking, brainy, and deep. Your entries are written with the sort of intelligence and insight and emotional discipline I wish everyone could have. It’s one of the first journals I look for on my friends list each day! And really, it doesn’t hurt that you’re a Dune fan. if you were any cooler, Baltimore would be a glacier. (Lady Dune fans I have to keep close on principle). :D
I believe we first met when you noticed the similarity between Charisma Carpenter wallpapers we had both made. I always take the time to really read your entries, even when I (all too often) find myself speed reading the majority of my friends list. I rarely comment, but that's because I really suck at it in general nowadays. You're an extremely interesting and awesome person, and further, you're one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. I've had bit of crush on ya for a while now. Just thought I'd let you know that.
Christina.... you are so supportive and can always put yourself in a person's shoes and understand from their point of view. You're very mature and I admire how you are so open minded and put your heart into everything you do. Not to mention you're beautiful!!
Chris, you are one of my favorites. Your life is so far removed from mine that it is entrancing. I love your writing style, which is odd as it is so very far removed from what I normally enjoy. Your natural beauty is complimented perfectly by your spirit. You've had a rough year, and I am pleased to have been able to help. I enjoy our chats and will call you when life settles down. I still want to hear you sing, dagnabbit...
