I had to look up Labyrinthitis to see what the heck you have...doesn't sound very fun at all. Be careful. I can imagine how difficult it is to the simplest tasks when the world is spinning. And it’s not like you put this on yourself by getting twisted the night before.
I realize “all progress depends on the unreasonable man”, but don’t be too stubborn. If you’re not feeling well, take the time to recover.
