Earring Club Tentative Details

The populace has spoken! Sihaya Designs will be offering earring subscriptions for the year of 2009.

Metal Options::

Mixed Metal Subscription-- sterling silver, 14kgoldfilled, gunmetal, brass, and copper. Breaks down to roughly $19/month, including domestic shipping-- internationals to be quoted separately.

Sterling Silver Subscription-- this may include one month of earrings with a sterling silver earwire- the wire and other components will likewise be primarily sterling silver, though on occasion may include other metals for accent or oxidized sterling silver. Breaks down to roughly $25/month, including domestic shipping-- internationals to be quoted separately.


Other Materials::

I will use glass, pearls, semi-precious gems, gemstones feathers, crystal, clock parts, or whatever else strikes my fancy. If for some reason, you do not like pearls, please let me know and I will substitute glass pearls. The materials will be a surprise each month, but suffice it to say that the longer subscriptions will get more bang for your buck. :)


Subscription Packages::

Subscriptions will go on sale January 2, 2008 and are limited to 15 of each subscription per month. IE, if you want a guaranteed spot, subscribe early.

1 Year Subscription:: $228 for metal mix, $300 for sterling silver. Comes with a bonus pair of earrings and a 20% off coupon for any one item from my shop in 2009. These will be available for purchase between January 2 - 25, 2009.

9 Month Subscription:: $171 for metal mix, $225 for sterling silver. Comes with a bonus pair of earrings and a 10% off coupon for any one item from my shop in 2009. These will be available for purchase January 2 - March 31, 2009.

6 Month Subscription:: $114 for metal mix, $150 for sterling silver. Comes with a bonus pair of earrings. These will be available for purchase January 2 - June 30, 2009.

3 Month Subscription: $57 for metal mix, $75 for sterling silver. These will be available for purchase January 2 - September 30, 2009.

The subscription begins at the first package mail out after purchase. All purchases are for consecutive months. IE, if you buy a three month subscription in late February, you will get March, April, and May. You cannot choose three non-consecutive months.

At any rate, that is the tentative plan! Small details subject to change, but overall-- this is what works for me as an independent artist, from all time-management, budgeting, and organizational standpoints. I think this is a really customer-friendly arrangement. The details are clear enough (you know what you're buying) and it does a fair job of catering to ethics/allergies/preferences.
